Refund policy
We’re all about making sure our customers are in love with their Lucci pieces, consequently, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at contactlucciboutique@gmail.com with your concerns. Your request for return will be answered within 1-7 business days, and further instructions will be provided.
- All returns must be made within 15 days from the delivery date and each item must be returned in their original condition and original Lucci packaging.
- We offer refund or exchange
- Earrings will not apply for our return policy due to sanitary guidelines.
- The client is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for store refund or exchange.
Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer. The customer will also be responsible for return shipping costs. If they do not cover this charge, the item will NOT be returned.
Items Purchased via Temporary Promotions
Unless otherwise indicated, any items that are purchased with a discount code may NOT be returned for a refund or an exchange.
